Job Title Transaction Management Analyst Job Description Summary Job Description Job Description: The TM Analyst role involves supporting projects across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), working directly with C&W's international in-country network and corporate occupiers with real estate portfolios spanning all regions, industries and asset classes.
Role
P rofile : To provide professional support to client account managers and the wider account team when needed To assist with and manage streamlined processes f or financial and client activities Support with financial analysis and administrative responsibilities on multiple client accounts Role Responsibilities: Support the team in undertaking portfolio key dates report and analysis. Undertake portfolio review analysis and identify opportunities. Carry out financial modelling analysis – stay vs go scenarios etc. Assist with the creation of Q uarterly B usiness R eview reports and provide client reporting support to team. Gather client feedback to create case studies. Familiar with Cushman & Wakefield corporate structure and seeks to develop internal networks Support Associate Directors and Directors by contrib uting to client presentations, bids and pitches Gather and act on client feedback Manage budgets and billing on specific client accounts Assist Account Managers with the billing process, ensuring compliance policies (internal and external) are adhered to Manage team finances and maintain up to d ate forecasts and profitability Coordinate the team invoicing process and delivery Create and standardise team presentatio ns – both internal and external Research and coordinate sector and company specific information Support BD activities when needed Qualifications: Degree level qualification in Business or similar Core Skills & Experience : Basic knowledge of the real estate sector and market trends Good level of English language skills (written and verbal); other languages a bonus At least intermediate Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Initial experience of working with data and reporting tools Basic commercial awareness and financial analysis skills Entry level u p to 1 years of Real Estate Experience Behaviours & Personal Qualities: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time while maintaining consistent quality of service Strong eye for detail Proactive approach and solution oriented Team player and enjoys working as part of an account team Cushman & Wakefield is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
