As a Product Marketing Specialist, you'll work alongside a team that helps bring some of OpenText's biggest go-to-market initiatives to life—from global product launches and AI programs to websites, content, communications, governance, and strategic business projects.

What The Role Offers
Project & Program Coordination • Coordinate projects across go-to-market teams, helping keep initiatives organized, on track, and moving forward. • Track milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and project communications. • Prepare meeting materials, document decisions, and follow up on next steps. • Support strategic initiatives spanning product marketing, web, communications, AI, launches, and other cross-functional programs.
Process Improvement & Operations • Look for opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve how marketing works. • Document processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency. • Help identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities across key
