MBA Intern

SUMMARY:  The  MBA Internship Program  is a dynamic, 10-week paid internship designed to provide first-year MBA students with hands-on experience in field operations and strategic project work. Interns are placed at locations across the country and are supported by a dedicated program manager and mentor throughout the experience. This program offers direct exposure to executive leadership and provides opportunities to contribute to high-impact initiatives that drive business performance. High-performing interns are considered for full-time roles, including our prestigious General Manager Accelerated Program (GMAP). PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in structured rotations across functional areas such as Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration. Execute project deliverables identified by functional leaders and present findings to key stakeholders. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth. Develop professional documents and communications related to project outcomes. Engage with employees and leadership teams to understand business drivers and operational challenges. Learn how to influence financial outcomes and contribute to strategic decision-making. Adhere to the formal training curriculum and complete all assigned tasks within the internship timeframe. Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated interest in operations, leadership, and business strategy.

Currently enrolled in the first year of an accredited MBA program. Ability to commit to a full-time, 10-week internship beginning in June.
