Drive the digitization of Japan’s leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brand and scale high-impact export initiatives on a massive level. Drive growth through digital and performance marketing strategies, supporting the client’s dynamic brand expansion led by their domestic headquarters. Work closely with key decision-makers at the client’s headquarters and unlock further business opportunities. Work alongside with Japan’s top brand, combined with a direct approach and a growth mindset.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree. Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders Preferred qualifications: 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. Experience in aligning Google’s product suite with specific customer objectives and business drivers. Experience navigating high-pressure negotiations and influencing C-suite stakeholders. Ability to drive cross-functional success and institutionalize best practices. Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
