Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Senior Manager, Value Transformation Office, will support Clorox’s margin transformation journey by performing analysis, generating insights, and helping build a clear, highly actionable pipeline to deliver enterprise margin improvement targets. This role partners with internal VTO resources plus executive leadership, business unit general managers, functional leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify margin enhancement opportunities across the value chain, including portfolio optimization, design-to-value, operational excellence, and network design. As part of the Value Transformation Office, this role helps drive transformational, enterprise-wide margin improvement through a sustainable pipeline, systematic approach, and rigorous value management. The Senior Manager will support ideation, discovery, business case development, program governance, executive updates, and enterprise capability building across cost savings. In this role, you will: Perform analysis and generate insights to support Value Transformation Office ideation and discovery, helping fill the enterprise’s 3-year margin improvement pipeline.   Support the identification of margin enhancement opportunities across the value chain, including portfolio optimization design-to-value, operational excellence, and network design.   Document, size, and prioritize opportunities to support detailed business case analyses that provide clear visibility into margin potential, timing, risks, dependencies, and required decisions.   Partner with Business Unit, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, Commercial, and functional leaders to align on opportunity scope, ownership, value assumptions, and implementation path.   Manage margin   improvement   workstreams across the enterprise, driving proactive cross-functional action planning for risks, mitigations, milestones, and dependencies.   Support program governance and operating cadence, ensuring workstreams have clear charters, owners, milestones, decision rights, and escalation paths.   Assist   with tracking margin improvement program value realization in partnership with Finance; escalate risks and mitigation plans related to financial delivery.   Identify   risks, tradeoffs, and interdependencies across workstreams; synthesize implications and recommended actions for leaders in a clear, decision-oriented format.   Support the creation of executive updates for senior leadership forums, including pipeline summaries, value tracking, risks and mitigations, decision needs, and   consolidated   materials from   Business   Unit and working teams.   What we look for:

About You

You bring strong analytical, ideation, and coordination skills, with the ability to turn complex business and operational inputs into clear insights, action plans, and executive-ready recommendations. You are a self-starter who can drive progress in ambiguity, collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.     To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:   5+ years of experience focused on business transformation and delivering complex, cross-functional programs   Experience in one or more supply chain domains (procurement, manufacturing/operations,   logistics /transportation, planning, inventory, or network  optimization); CPG with consulting experience preferred   Strong financial acumen: comfort with P&L drivers (COGS, distribution,  inventory/working capital), savings tracking, and partnering with Finance on  baselines and benefit realization   Strong facilitation and program leadership skills; ability to drive alignment
