Company: Qualcomm Technologies International Ltd Job Area: Human Resources Group, Human Resources Group > Talent Acquisition General Summary: As a member of the Campus Recruiting team, you will be responsible for developing and executing campus recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and hire top early-career talent across 14 EMEA countries. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our internship and graduate hiring programm while managing relationships with business leaders, university partners, and key internal stakeholders. This role combines strategic talent acquisition, programme management, stakeholder engagement, and employer branding to ensure Qualcomm continues to attract diverse, high-performing talent pipelines aligned with future business needs.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future talent requirements and develop effective campus recruitment strategies. Lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for internship and early careers hiring across multiple EMEA locations. Consult with stakeholders on hiring plans, selection processes, market intelligence, and candidate experience initiatives. Deliver hiring outcomes against business objectives while ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience. Utilise recruitment metrics and hiring data to identify trends, provide insights, and support workforce planning decisions. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Legal, Immigration, Finance, and Operations teams to support hiring and programme objectives . University Engagement & Intern programme Build and maintain strategic relationships with universities, academic departments, student organisations , and careers services across EMEA. Develop and execute campus engagement strategies that strengthen Qualcomm's employer brand within target universities. Represent Qualcomm at university events, careers fairs, networking sessions, and campus programmes . Support the delivery of Qualcomm's EMEA internship programme , partnering with managers, mentors, HR teams, and business stakeholders to ensure a high -quality intern experience. Coordinate programme communications, onboarding activities, development initiatives, and engagement events. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience. OR Associate's degree and 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience. *Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. Additional Minimum Qualifications: Experience in Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruiting, University Relations, Human Resources, or a related field . Experience managing multiple recruitment projects and stakeholder groups simultaneously. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience analysing data and translating insights into recommendations and actions. Demonstrated project management and organisational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business , Humanities, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field . 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in the technology industry. 2+ years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: ATS (i.e., Workday), labor and employment relations, interviewing, compensation, benefits, sourcing, talent acquisition metrics, program management, designing and implementing process improvements, and strategic workforce planning. 1+ year of work experience in a global matrixed organization.
