Project Control Analyst The Opportunity: The right mixture of great ideas and funding can create change. In a complex organization, allocating funding to where it can be most effective can be challenging. That’s why we need a Project Control Analyst like you who can navigate the requirements, policies , and regulations that govern funding to make sure space and intelligence resources can make the most impact. As a Project Control Analyst on our team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of detailed finan cia l and administrative activities for moderate-to-large-sized programs, organizations, or proposals. You’ll perform detailed finan cia l and program control activities, including assisting with budget ing, reporting, estimating, and analysis for full contract lifecycle support. You’ll analyze budget s, support authorizing budget expenditures, provide work leadership to junior employees, monitor expenses, perform cost and schedule variance analysis, and provide resulting recommendations. You’ll prepare the cost-to-complete, including supporting estimates and contract deliverables, responding to contract and program data calls, and participating in contract terms and conditions and statement of work reviews. You’ll also prepare detailed finan cia l program management reviews, provide a status of key performance met rics for the company, anticipate and respond to customer needs, and serve as a primary point of contact for customers. You Have: 8+ years of experience in program cost control or finan cia l planning and analysis support for government customers Experience working with complex CLIN structures and multiple funding types or sources Experience with finan cia l management of subcontractors and generating invoice details and back-up Experience briefing finan cia l recommendations to a program team or leadership Knowledge of Micro sof t Excel, including formulas and functions for calculation and analysis Ability to conduct trend analysis and accomplish finan cia l forecasts based on bottoms-up analysis and historical trends Ability to identify program risks, assist with asso cia ted mitigation plans, and assist with identifying and prioritizing requirements TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Experience working within the Intelligence Community Experience with OCONUS-specific requirements such as hedging liabilities, Status of Forces Agreement ( SOF A ) , and taxation Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
