A Day in the Life As an Industrial Engineer I, you will support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and business performance across manufacturing operations at the Brooklyn Park site. Partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams, you will analyze processes, identify opportunities, and implement improvements that increase productivity, eliminate waste, and deliver sustainable business results in a highly regulated environment. Leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies, you will support improvement projects, facilitate process analysis, and help drive positive change across the organization. Through the application of tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, DMAIC, and data analysis, you will help improve process flow, standardize processes, and strengthen a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a collaborative, hands-on engineer who enjoys working directly with manufacturing teams, solving problems, and developing solutions that deliver measurable results. We’re working a minimum of 5 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.                     Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Analyze manufacturing processes, workflows, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Support process improvement initiatives focused on increasing throughput, reducing waste, improving productivity, and reducing costs. Conduct time studies, capacity analyses, and labor utilization studies to support operational decision making. Support development and optimization of facility layouts, equipment utilization, workspaces, and material flow. Develop and implement standardized work, visual management systems, and process controls to improve consistency and efficiency. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams to address operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions. Must Have: Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment such as Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology industries. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with time studies, capacity analysis, process mapping, facility layout, or material flow optimization. Experience supporting manufacturing process improvement or cost reduction projects. Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Minitab , SAP and AutoCAD   For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
