You'll be the essential link between property operations, client satisfaction, and service delivery excellence, working collaboratively to oversee maintenance services, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless day-to-day facility operations. This position offers the opportunity to develop strong client relationships while contributing directly to JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional facilities management solutions in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, operational excellence, and professional growth in property management. What your day-to-day will look like: Work with the Facilities Manager to oversee delivery of maintenance and repair services while maintaining client satisfaction and supporting customer satisfaction programs Provide on-site support Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, serving as the primary interface with property occupants and handling escalation procedures and incident reporting protocols Manage work order systems for in-house staff and vendors while meeting or exceeding site KPIs and assisting with monthly SLA monitoring to identify challenges and plan corrective actions Drive development and implementation of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) best practices and innovations through strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team Support development and management of operating and capital budgets while assisting the Facilities Manager with implementation of short and long-term client projects Assist in development and implementation of annual management plans while accomplishing key performance indicators identified by the Facilities Manager Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual client reporting while maximizing utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors, and M/WBE spending levels Location: Reno, NV Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $58,500 annually + 2% performance bonus This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 60,000.00 – 60,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
