Position Overview Within the Pricing and Corporate Actions team, the analysts focused on corporate actions oversee the entire lifecycle of all corporate actions for GMO’s funds and separately managed accounts. From announcement to accounting entries, the team coordinates with internal and external parties to ensure accurate reflection and timely processing of both mandatory and voluntary corporate actions. The Pricing and Corporate Actions Analyst supports all functions related to corporate actions, while also partnering with analysts within the team focused on pricing. The analysts focused on pricing are responsible for providing timely and accurate valuations across all securities held within GMO. Analysts within the Pricing and Corporate Actions team are uniquely positioned to gain exposure across multiple asset classes ranging from equities and futures, fixed income, listed and unlisted derivatives and complex OTC instruments.
