Cyber Solutions Architect The Opportunity: Lead the visioning, technical architecture, development, and implementation of strategic cybersecurity solutions using various systematic approaches, listening to multiple viewpoints, determining the course of action for addressing complex problems, architecting solutions, authoring original text, and leading consensus-building discussions with colleagues and clients in multiple settings. Work closely with government clients and industry partners to define, develop, and oversee the design and implementation of approaches and met hods that successfully translate complex functional requirements into cyber solutions. Lead the development of intellectual capital related to next-generation cyber opportunities, and drive proposal efforts and client discussions that help the team grow into new and adjacent business areas. You Have:     8+ years of experience leading teams across a complex and wide variety of federal civilian IT environments as a solutions architect and technology subject matter expert 5+ years of experience designing, developing, configuring, and delivering COTS sof tware in support of enterprise security solutions 5+ years of experience interfacing directly with senior government, including GS-15, CISO, CIO, and technical directors 3+ years of experience managing technical integration and solution delivery for federal civilian clients 2+ years of experience with IT security operations, including assessment of information assurance and interoperability Knowledge of Zero T rus t solutions, roadmaps, and capabilities in alignment with industry standards, including NIST 800-207, and DoD Zero T rus t Reference Architecture Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam HS diploma or GED Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Techni cia n ( IAT ) Level II Certification such as Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND Certification , within 30 days of start date Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M Cybersecurity Service Provider - Infrastructure Support Certification such as CEH, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND Certification , within 30 days of start date Nice If You Have:     Ability to clearly define, document, and articulate a vision and strategy to groups of people with varying levels of comprehension Ability to proactively build consensus and incorporate feedback from all levels to create a shared vision among a multi-disciplinary team Ability to show ownership of patents, intellectual property, or published articles generated because of technology initiatives Possession of excellent time management skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Clearance:   Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required.
