Deputy Manager Electrical Maintenance

What you’ll do: 
 Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company.  We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027.  The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices.  If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.   Responsible for managing the plant engineering Electrical activities to maximize customer satisfaction by maintaining continuous improvement in our work& complete on a timely basis and at the right cost. The position will also be responsible for achieving all aspects of the operational goals, while building a strong culture of EBS.   a.    Manage departmental activities effectively & form appropriate working culture as per company’s policies. b.    Achieve desired uptime for all plant machinery & equipment. c.    Analyze consumption of resources like electricity consumption. Make necessary changes & development to reduce consumption. d.    Budgets Electrical Maintenance cost e.    Plan the preventive maintenance activities  f.    Provide effective solution on time sensitive and emergency arise in the plant in Safety, Quality, Major Break downs and productivity and ensure smooth continuation of plant operation. g.    Study occurrence of repetitive break down & finalize corrective action for it. h.    To be a part of Laisoning work Related To Electricity including Genset challan, Report Submission to Electricity Inspector i.    Reviews activity related to Utilities & maintains it properly. j.    Develop Safety work culture by arranging various programs & training, as a part of safety committee member conducts all related activities & maintain it. Qualifications: 
 Diploma in Electrical Engineering 10-15 years’ experience in Electrical maintenance  Skills: 
 Technical Will be preferred – IATF 16949, FANUC OITD, SIEMENS PLC, OMRON, DELTA, SLD, MITSHUBISHI FX 5U, Robot Maintenance      Competencies 1.    Eaton Leadership Competencies 2.    Specialized in Electrical Maintenance hands on skill 3.    Maintain all the Utilities 4.    Implementation of EHS initiatives    Experience in the following areas will be preferred – FANUC OITD, SIEMENS PLC, OMRON, DELTA, APFC, FANUC ROBOTS, YAMAHA SCARA COBOTS
