Market, structure, and deliver macro credit solutions—driving the marketing of macro credit derivatives and building baskets and total return swaps that power derivatives and portfolio trading, and scale our credit platform. Are you ready to shape the next generation of credit solutions? Join our Credit Structuring team as an Executive Director, where you will lead the marketing, structuring, and commercialization of macro credit products. This is a senior front office role focused on marketing macro credit derivatives and creating scalable, tradeable solutions—thematic and standardized baskets and total return swaps—for institutional clients and internal trading partners. As an Executive Director, you will be a leading voice in marketing macro credit derivatives while owning product development end-to-end, translating market themes and client demand into repeatable, well-governed structures. You will generate and market thematic trade ideas, author market-facing analytics, and collaborate across trading, sales, legal, compliance, risk, technology, and operations to set the standard for innovation, scalability, and best practice in governance and risk management.
Job Responsibilities
Market macro credit derivatives to clients globally - identify, generate, and pitch desk axes as well as parter with Sales to iterate through solutions to solve clients' problems, and broaden the client base. Design and commercialize standardized portfolios, thematic baskets as well as total return swaps (TRS) referencing these including financing, lifecycle management, and hedging considerations. Author commentary, presentations, and curated content on macro and corporate credit, and develop client-facing analytics tools that help clients identify dislocations and relative value. Support the development of quantitative investment strategies (QIS) in credit where they complement the core offering. Partner across trading, sales, research, legal, compliance, risk, operations, and technology to deliver scalable solutions, championing best practices in governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and platform standardization. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Advanced knowledge of macro credit markets across both synthetic and cash instruments, including spreads, curves, volatility, correlation, and liquidity dynamics. Existing relationships with institutional credit clients, and a proven ability to leverage and grow those relationships. Demonstrated track record of creating and scaling structured credit products. Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with the ability to communicate risk/return tradeoffs clearly. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong project leadership and organizational abilities across diverse teams and functions. Solid understanding of the legal, regulatory, and documentation frameworks relevant to credit structuring. SIE, FINRA Series 7 and Series 63. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience supporting electronic / portfolio trading workflows and standardization initiatives. Exposure to rules-based / systematic (QIS) credit strategies as a complement to the core offering. Programming or tooling experience (e.g., Python, SQL) used to prototype strategies and enhance scalability. Experience leveraging Generative AI / LLM-enabled workflows to enhance content and analytics delivery. Track record of innovation in product/platform development within credit or structured finance.
