What You Will Do
As a Associate Engineer , you will: Design, develop, and enhance avionics software solutions for advanced aerospace products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Systems Engineering, Hardware, Software Architecture, User Experience, and Product Management. Develop software using C, Python, and MATLAB/Simulink for safety-critical embedded systems. Participate throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Apply DO-178C software development and verification processes to ensure compliance with aerospace standards. Perform structural coverage analysis and support unit test automation activities. Contribute to software architecture, embedded systems design, and system-level integration. Work with configuration management and change control tools such as DOORS, JAMA, SVN, and JIRA . Identify technical challenges and develop innovative, scalable solutions. Support continuous improvement initiatives and adopt engineering best practices throughout product development. Qualifications
You Must Have Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering , or a related discipline. 1–3 years of industry experience in Avionics Software Engineering . Strong programming experience in C and Python . Hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink software development. Good understanding of DO-178C software development and verification processes. Experience with structural coverage analysis and unit test automation tools. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies . Experience working with configuration management and change control tools such as DOORS, JAMA, SVN, and JIRA . Understanding of embedded systems, software architecture, and system-level design. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications
We Prefer Experience with Heads-Up Guidance Systems (HUD) and Heads-Down Display Systems (HDD) . Exposure to safety-critical embedded software development within the aerospace or avionics industry. Practical knowledge of enterprise engineering programs and large-scale product development projects. Ability to recommend process improvements and contribute to engineering excellence. A strong foundation in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with relevant industry experience. Experience working in collaborative global engineering environments.
