Fullstack Developer - Director- Software Engineering Profile Description We’re seeking someone to join our WM Technology team as a Fullstack Developer, in WM Product Technology to building modern, responsive web applications, working on frontend and backend development. In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is Director position that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs. What you’ll do in the role: • Develop and maintain responsive user interface components using Angular. • Support backend development and API integration using Java and C#. • Work with senior developers and team members to design, build, test, and enhance application features. • Collaborate in a global, virtual team with colleagues across NY and India. • Participate in integrating frontend applications with backend services and databases. • Troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and support performance improvements. • Follow coding standards, version control practices, and team development processes. • Contribute to delivering project tasks on time with guidance from senior team members. What you’ll bring to the role: • At least 8+ years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role with Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field • Basic to good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular, React. • Good understanding of Core Java or C# and preferably exposure to building REST APIs. • Familiarity with REST APIs and frontend-backend integration. • Knowledge of RDBMS/SQL concepts; SQL Server exposure is a plus. • Familiarity with Git/version control and understanding of basic CI/CD practices. • Understanding of responsive design and UI development best practices. • Good communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced team environment.
