As a Material Coordinator for John Deere Seeding Moline located in Moline, IL , you will:   • Maintain and improve inventory accuracy by resolving inventory discrepancies, analyzing root causes, and driving corrective actions. • Support the manufacturing operation as part of a cross-functional team responsible for meeting daily production goals. • Lead projects related to inventory accuracy, material replenishment, and material presentation for the production department of responsibility.   VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position What Skills You Need

• Experience with manufacturing operations, including material flow and inventory management. • Experience with data analysis and advanced problem-solving skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc...) • Experience working cross-functionally with production, warehouse, supply management, and engineering teams. • Ability to work weekends/overtime as needed to support production. What Makes You Standout

• Experience with SAP (Materials Management / Warehouse Management modules) • Experience in Supply Management or Operations • Experience with the Deere Production System • Experience working with a unionized workforce Education
