As a Workday Reporting Specialist, you will provide subject matter expertise to Clients and team members around the Integration and management of Workday Financials Reporting. Design and implement reporting strategies to meet business needs. Develop plans to integrate multilined reporting within Workday. Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyse business requirements. Advise clients on industry standards for Workday Financial Reporting to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes. Demonstrate configurations through prototyping. Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements. Provide the Project Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status. Leverage prior related Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience. Participate in training and other events that help share your knowledge and expertise Skills and Qualifications: Workday Reporting experience is a must. Experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions across the Workday platform, including HCM, Financials, Payroll, Recruiting and other functional areas as required. Strong Workday Reporting experience, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite and Dashboard reporting. Knowledge of and experience working with Workday Prism Analytics for data integration, transformation and reporting with the ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
