Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.  We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Analyst Applications (Finance Process &  Business Analyst) to  join our  Applications Development & Intelligence Automation -CAT IT Division Bangalore Team.  This Incumbent would play a key role in delivering effective and scalable finance process solutions across ERP implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. The preference for this role is to be based out of  Bangalore PSN Office, KA-India   What you will do  Finance Process & Business Analyst : This role plays a key role in delivering effective and scalable finance process solutions across ERP implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Level Extensive Experience: Translate business requirements into functional designs, configurations, and process documentation within Infor LN. Analyze current‑state (“as‑is”) finance processes and define optimized future‑state (“to‑be”) processes leveraging Infor LN capabilities. Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements across finance operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to financial close, reconciliations, reporting, and controls. Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products; Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades. Conducting market research to do a comparative analysis of competitor offerings and provide recommendations for developing a more effective product/service. Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications; Preparing technical documentation and sharing them with senior analysts and technical teams. Supporting senior analysts by fulfilling their data requests, preparing reports, and providing technical assistance; Participating in initiatives to improve processes efficiency and employee productivity. What you will have    5-7 years of years of experience MBA in Finance / Accounting CPA or CFA relevant certificate Additional Information:  Work Timings: 01:00 Noon -10:00PM IST  This position requires the employee to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
