Technical Service Support Specialist - Senior

Job Summary: Provide technical support to mining customers and OEMs. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Provide technical support and diagnostic assistance for complex warranty and non-warranty repair issues. Document diagnostic findings and repair outcomes clearly in relevant databases. Manage escalations and coordinate support for complex technical issues. Lead continuous improvement initiatives for diagnostic support and escalation processes. Maintain technical expertise on current and emerging Cummins products. Promote Cummins service capabilities and programs to support sales growth. Investigate product issues at customer and dealer locations.
