Staff Specialist / Manager - Supply Chain Fulfillment

As a Supply Chain Fulfillment expert on our Corporate Functions team, become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Be responsible for supply chain planning through all business cycles, Product Line revenue contribution , forecast accuracy , inventory , demand planning and operation Support allocation planning (supply stabilization, product planning & execution) and generate supply/recovery plans to close demand gaps and considering contract fulfilment Consolidate for dedicated front end and silicon foundry capacity requirements in a structured manner for the entire business line on a regular basis: planning process , alignment with peers and communication to central function Perform start & ramp ; coordinate escalations and involve higher management levels where necessary Interface with production logistics and planning ; business management , Business Line marketing , ramp-up managers , corporate supply chain and quality management Lead / Drive process improvements or delivery stabilization topics to maintain our commits to customers Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Degree in industrial management , supply chain management or equivalent At least 5+ years of working experience in the semiconductor industries Working knowledge of supply chain and material management concepts preferable Affinity to Data and Advanced excel skills Basic knowledge in Lean Planning systematic and tools Fluency in English due to working in multi-cultural teams Working in fast-paced environments could be an added advantage #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
