Position
Summary As a Digital Product Manager - 340B Program you will c ontribute to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital products or services. You'll conduct market research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, design user experiences, and oversee the product development lifecycle. You will apply your expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of digital products and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.
What you will do
Help establish and implement enhanced user experiences and digital product governance policies and standards. Design systems to translate business needs and client needs into digital strategies and products that support clients. Define the product vision, capabilities and priorities, and roadmap internally and externally. Determine opportunities for future digital products and client growth through gap analyses and client relationship analyses. Direct individuals to develop digital products from start to finish based on client requirements. Develop complex programs that elicit and elaborate requirements and provide management with a solutions strategy point of view and recommendations. Deliver findings and reports to senior management and to the broader organization, influencing upwards and laterally to drive organizational change and alignment. Assist management in coaching and providing regular, timely feedback to develop departmental capabilities and ensure the delivery of exceptional services. Establishe departmental objectives and analytical priorities that guide team members and ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
Required Qualifications
4 years of experience with software development process and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Software Development Lifecycle). Experience with UI/UX design principles. Experience working with engineering/development, quality assurance teams to develop, and deliver complex technical products. Experience with product, project, and analysis tools (Visio, Jira, SQL, etc.) Experience focusing on Data driven, and user experience product development. Experience managing products that handle pharmaceutical inventories (virtual or real) for Covered Entities, Contract Pharmacies, or Drug Wholesalers, etc. would be ideal.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication skills with experience communicating with all levels of leadership. Experience working cross functionally with various teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $92,700.00 - $185,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
