This is a 12-week internship during summer 2027.
We're hiring a Product Manager Intern to join the HR Technology team within People Success and help drive key initiatives across our HR Technology ecosystem, from evaluating AI-powered tools to automating core processes and strengthening our security foundation. You'll ship real products, partnering with HR, IT, and Security stakeholders to design and deliver tools that transform how our employees work. You'll own projects end-to-end and gain hands-on experience on a team building an AI-native HR organization.
What you'll do
• Own a product initiative from discovery to launch, including build vs. buy analysis, workflow redesign, or feature adoption for a new HR Technology tool
• Partner with HR, IT, Security, and vendor teams to define requirements, gather user feedback, and align stakeholders on product priorities
• Drive the evaluation and piloting of generative AI agents for HR teams, defining success metrics and tracking ROI for AI-powered tools
• Map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement automated solutions using our HRIS, applicant tracking system, and enterprise collaboration platforms
• Analyze product metrics and user data to measure impact, inform decisions, and communicate results to leadership
Required Skills and Experience
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or have equivalent experience
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability, such as structuring ambiguous problems into clear action plans in academic projects, case competitions, or prior internships
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., building automated workflows, prototyping with LLM-based applications, or working with APIs)
• Proven ability to manage a project from start to finish, including defining scope, tracking milestones, and delivering outcomes on deadline
• History of proactively identifying problems and proposing solutions, such as surfacing process gaps, pitching improvements, or initiating projects without being asked, in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
