MBA Product Manager - 2027 Key Role Details Full-time new hires for this role will start as a cohort within our MBA Development Program in August 2027.  This role is a full-time position, designed as a career accelerator to foster the next generation of leading talent.  Participation in the program requires that you are located in the continental United States with in-person attendance at your assigned location, in accordance with Capital One’s hybrid working model . At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration related support for this position (e.g. H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, E-3, and O-1, or any other forms of work authorization that require immigration support from an employer).​ Basic Qualifications Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a 2-year MBA with an expectation that your degree will be obtained by August 2027 or earlier.  Currently has: A Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing  OR A Bachelor’s degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience leveraging data and customer insights to make strategic business decisions, influencing stakeholders to adopt proposed strategies, translating business strategy into roadmaps, and leading high functioning teams through execution MBA joint degrees with technical Master’s programs (e.g., MS/MBA) 4+ years of professional experience in Technology, Data Science, Consulting, Strategy, or Financial Services Demonstrated interest and experience in product management, software delivery, data science, software engineering, or leveraging software to solve customer and business problems MBA Product Manager - 2027 Product Managers at Capital One build products that empower millions of customers to achieve financial success and thousands of employees to serve our customers.
