Job Function: Marketing Job Sub Function: Product Management Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Ljubljana, Slovenia Job Description: Brand Manager Immunology Location: Ljubljana full-time The Field Based Brand Manager Immunology (50/50 sales/marketing) will be part of the Immunology team and will take the lead in the development and execution of the brand management strategy on short and long term and provide advanced insights into market performance and product trends. Accountable for the rollout and execution of marketing strategy, as well as some non-brand-specific initiatives across the portfolio. In this position, the Field Based Brand Manager will report to the Commercial Lead Slovenia and will work closely with the Immunology commercial field team, as well as medical, market access, CE&B BVT and other cross-functional partners. The person will act as a trusted partner to the field team, helping to guide focus, advise on priorities, and translate insights into actions that create stronger impact. Field Based Brand manager will allocate their time 50/50 between field and marketing. Responsibilities may evolve over time depending on portfolio needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Local Brand management Supports development of commercial strategy, tactics and messages plans to ensure achievement of performance targets, including net sales and market share for allocated products. Ensures best brand positioning at local level, aligned with the CE&B brand strategy and approved product indications. Owns and executes the rollout of marketing campaigns and other initiatives aligned with TA priorities. Translates market insights, customer needs, field feedback, and competitive dynamics into practical actions that strengthen access and competitiveness. Identifies opportunities and risks by monitoring market trends, performance indicators, and customer dynamics. Informs business planning (IBP, BP and LRFP including risk & opportunity profile), accurate forecasting and effective management of resources (OOP, FTEs) in TA in collaboration with Commercial Lead and other functions (HEMAR, GA&PA and MAF) Responsible for Therapy Area OOP management throughout the year. Responsible for full compliance of all projects and activities with laws and J&J regulations. Customer Focus Identify, develop and manage external relationships with key stakeholders and target customers (gastroenterologists and/or dermatologists) based on the patient journey. Drive sales and business results in the designated account territory; analyze territory/account sales data and customer insights to develop and drive account plans in close collaboration with the CVT and in alignment with country and CE&B business strategy and brand plan. Plan sales activities in line with segmentation and targeting criteria using available sales data and CRM, e.g. iConnect, to allow for greatest possible sales impact. Documents potential opportunities and issues and communicates to appropriate parties. Field team support and business projects Acts as a trusted partner to the commercial field team, helping to direct focus, advise on
