 Job Description Responsibilities Establishes and maintains manufacturing documentation and drawings. Develops manufacturing processes and methods. Develops and executes qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ) of equipment and processes. Leads and manages manufacturing projects. Participates and completes action items from weekly project meetings. Serves as project leader for product and process modification. Recommends and implements manufacturing tooling and fixtures. Trains production operators. Coordinates Non-Conforming Material / CAPA Activities with QA. Supports transfer of new products from R&D. May supervise manufacturing/engineering technicians. Coordinates and delegates tasks, and directs work flow to meet daily objectives. Maintains all technical services and facilities business metrics. Prioritizes repair efforts to minimize impact on production when faced with multiple equipment issues. Responsible for the selection, training, development and recognition of existing and new staff. Develops a highly skilled and accountable staff through training, development, goal setting, counseling and performance feedback. Maintains appropriate records in these areas. Performs special projects and other duties as assigned Minimum Requirement: Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Why Join Us?
