About the Role
Join Hasbro as a System Administrator and be at the forefront of our IT operations! This is an outstanding opportunity to lead and support the deployment of Apple devices across our organization using Jamf Pro and related tools. You will determine the guidelines for ensuring a flawless end-user experience while strictly maintaining strong security and compliance standards. As a primary authority on Apple device management, you will make an ambitious impact across our large-scale environment. Key Responsibilities
• Guide and lead the Jamf Pro environment, including all related workflows.
• Coordinate patch management processes to ensure timely and consistent software updates across all Apple devices.
• Supervise device compliance and security posture, taking corrective action where needed.
• Support device lifecycle management, including provisioning, imaging, and decommissioning.
• Build and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and runbooks using Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence space.
Required Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability coordinating Jamf Pro in a corporate or enterprise environment with multi-sites and over 1,000 devices.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and iOS/iPadOS device management, configuration profiles, and MDM concepts.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
• Proficient with scripting for automation (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Skilled in extension attributes, smart groups, and user mapping attributes.
• Experience working with Jamf Pro API and automation through APIs.
• Effective interpersonal skills for multi-functionally collaboration with different departments and locations.
• Know the latest with Jamf platform updates, Apple MDM features, and industry guidelines.
• Understand Microsoft Intune and Entra to test and roll out new capabilities.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to clearly present information and answer questions from various internal and external sources.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
Preferred
