THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Product Management in our Technical Product Management team to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our network infrastructure products. This role is crucial in designing, developing, and managing scalable, high-performance networks, with an emphasis on supporting GPU clusters for advanced computing applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking technologies, experience with high-bandwidth, low-latency environments, and a deep understanding of how networks support distributed GPU clusters for AI, ML, and HPC workloads. Taking the initiative and drive the cross Project Management : Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from concept through execution and deployment KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Strategy & Roadmap : Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for networking infrastructure, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance, especially in relation to GPU cluster environments. Network Infrastructure Leadership : Drive the design and implementation of cutting-edge network solutions, ensuring optimal performance for HPC and GPU-based applications. Collaboration with Engineering Teams : Work closely with hardware and software engineering teams to ensure that network architectures meet the specific requirements for GPU clusters, including high-throughput and low-latency data transfers. Market & Customer Analysis : Conduct market research and engage with customers to understand needs, trends, and pain points in networking for GPU clusters. Translate these insights into product features and improvements. Cross-functional Leadership : Collaborate with other product teams, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success. Vendor & Partner Management : Manage relationships with networking hardware and software vendors, ensuring that the latest technologies are integrated into the product. Budget & Resource Management : Oversee budgetary planning, resource allocation, and project timelines for the networking product line, ensuring the highest ROI and alignment with company goals. .
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
10+ years of experience in network product management or a related technical leadership role. Deep understanding of networking systems and technologies such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, RDMA, InfiniBand, SDN, NICs, DPUs, switches, or related infrastructure components Experience defining, developing, or deploying high-performance networks for AI clusters, accelerated computing, or large-scale cloud infrastructure Experience with high-performance networks for GPU clusters or HPC environments is highly desirable. Deep understanding of networking challenges for AI/ML workloads, including data transfer speeds, network congestion, and latency considerations. Expertise in high-speed networking protocols and hardware. Familiarity with cloud and on-premise infrastructure, including hybrid network environments. Experience with GPU clusters for AI, deep learning, or scientific computing applications. Knowledge of technologies such as RDMA (Remote Direct Memory Access) , NVMe over Fabrics ACADEMIC
