Key Responsibilities: Either one of the following roles will be considered, ensuring appropriate Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls are maintained.   Master Data Management: Oversee end-to-end Customer/Vendor Master Data operations (creation, modification, blocking/unblocking) Data Validation & Integrity: Validate setup requests for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to SLAs, and conduct duplicate checks to maintain data integrity. Due Diligence & Compliance: Perform due diligence on supplier information and ensure compliance with internal controls, KYC, and regulatory guidelines. Master Data Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve master data exceptions, discrepancies, and stakeholder queries. Invoice Processing: Manage end-to-end processing of PO, Non-PO invoices, and credit notes with accuracy and SLA adherence. Invoice Validation: Perform invoice validation, 3-way matching, coding, tax verification, and approval checks. Invoice Exception Handling: Review and resolve invoice exceptions, blocks, rejections, and discrepancies. AP Helpdesk & Escalation: Lead AP Helpdesk operations, act as the primary escalation point for invoice processing and supplier queries. T&E Operations: Manage end-to-end Travel & Expense operations, including expense report processing, audits, and reimbursements. T&E Claim Review: Review and approve employee expense claims, auditing for duplicates and policy violations. Payment Execution: Manage end-to-end payment operations across various types (Electronic, Manual, Urgent, Foreign Currency, etc.). Payment Control & Validation: Implement and monitor controls to prevent duplicate/unauthorized payments and validate all supporting documentation. Payment Exception Handling: Manage payment exceptions, rejections, and urgent payment requests. Reconciliation & Close Support: Perform bank, payment, and T&E reconciliations, and support month/quarter-end close activities and ensure AP ageing is reported and aged items are closed. Month end MIS reporting Process Improvement & System Utilization: Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives     Preferred Skills / Additional requirements Experience in invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliations, and month-end close activities, payments, T&E and master data (candidates will be assessed for specific area out of all these process/domain knowledge, and basis SOD requirement) Frequent interaction with advertising agencies, media partners, and client stakeholders Ability to manage complex exception-based processes and investigate multi-source discrepancies Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including
