This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in procurement within a complex manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities** * Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for key commodities and services, aligning with Jabil's global procurement strategy and business objectives. * Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs), driving continuous improvement and cost reduction. * Manage and monitor supplier performance, conducting regular business reviews and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. * Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers, expanding the supply base to mitigate risks and capitalize on market opportunities. * Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and legal teams to understand material requirements, resolve supply chain issues, and support new product introductions. * Analyze market trends, spend data, and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for value creation and risk mitigation. * Develop and implement procurement best practices, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. * Mentor and develop junior procurement professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence. * Manage and resolve complex supply chain disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on production schedules and customer commitments. * Prepare and present procurement reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. * 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management within a manufacturing or electronics industry. * Proven expertise in leading complex negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship management. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software. * Certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or C.P.M.
