Candidate will be working as Individual Contributor as well as technical leadership for small highly technical product delivery team in building and maintaining the trading / post-trading solutions proven software development experience in developing applications in large Enterprise environment and responsible for development & support. This involves integration, native cloud development, reporting & analytics, modern CI/CD implementation, test automation and application support activities. Candidate must have knowledge of Trade Life Cycle. FX Trade is preferred. Prior experience on working on FX or equity eTrading platforms is a big plus Must Extensively worked on performance-critical, low-latency and high-throughput, multithreaded, even-driven systems developed using Core Java technologies and able to demonstrate the same through modern coding practices. The candidate must demonstrate the strategic thinking and innovative approach of problem solving. Should have the ability to connect the dots in complex technology environment         Ability to drive and own architect/design/development/testing/support activities by effectively coordinating with multiple stakeholders globally. Provide advanced technical expertise in analyzing, designing, estimating, and developing software applications to project schedule Experience in modern engineering practices like Dockers, Kubernetes, native cloud development on AWS is a plus Can effectively apply AI capabilities in SDLC and business processes Understand the value of AI in enabling business and technology Primary Skills (Must Have): 15-18 years of related technology and domain experience with technology degree from reputed Engineering college. Technology Experience: Prior experience on working on FX eTrading platforms which have low latency, high-frequency messaging and high throughput requirements, previously worked on high-frequency Algorithmic Trading platform for Equities is a big plus Must Extensively worked on performance-critical, low-latency and high-throughput, multithreaded, even-driven systems developed using Core Java technologies and able to demonstrate the same through modern coding practices. Ability to write highly efficient code using modern best practices Experience and expertise in managing technology frameworks like Java Spring, Oracle, integration frameworks like Kafka/MQ/JMS. Extensively worked on performance-critical, low-latency and high-throughput, multithreaded systems developed using Core Java technologies. Ability to drive architect/design/development/testing/support activities by effectively coordinating with multiple stakeholders globally.
