About this role
Main Bank Cashiers provides excellent customer service to employees and vendors in all situations. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Horseshoe Indianapolis Racing & Casino policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and Indiana Gaming Regulations. The Main Bank Cashiers may perform the duties of a Cage Cashier based on business volumes and needs. During any shift that a Main Bank Cashier will be used to perform as a Cage Cashier they will not also work as a Main Bank Cashier at any time during that shift.
