We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Tower Lead) to provide leadership for quality assurance efforts across applications, products, and business workstreams while ensuring high-quality, reliable delivery outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for defining test strategy, driving test planning and execution, managing quality risks, and providing visibility into delivery readiness across complex initiatives.   You will partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, Project Managers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are testable, quality objectives are achieved, and risks are proactively managed throughout the delivery lifecycle. Oversees functional, integration, regression, component, automated, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality objectives are achieved. Partners with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Project Managers to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned to business goals. Establishes and maintains end-to-end traceability across requirements, test cases, test execution results, and defects.
