Business Analysis Associate II - Home Lending

As a Business Analysis II - Home Lending within JPMorganChase, you'll work closely with business and IT partners to provide data, reporting and analytics to support Home Landing business operations, initiatives and business transformation projects. Your primary focus include database, reporting and analytic support, as well as documentation, quality/compliance controls, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.

Coordinate with Operations, Middle Office, Finance, Technology, and Senior Management to understand and build business requirements, procedures, and processes. This will include specifications, data sources, process mapping and design, user interfaces, compliance/quality control, documentation and maintenance Conduct data analysis, data collection, and synthesis to translate into actionable solutions that can optimize operation resources Work with business partners and IT to streamline and to automate existing data/reporting processes and business operations Update and improve current operations and workflows. Conduct workflow analysis, create detailed project plans, documenting business requirements, detailing issues and problems, and drafting business and technical implementation documents Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Bachelor's degree 3+ years of coding experience in SQL and equivalent 3+ years of working experience in Alteryx or Tableau or MS-Excel/Access 3-5 years business analysis experience Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze business and operations Independent and detailed oriented Excellent team player, good communication and presentations skills Experience with AI-powered analytics or intelligent process tools. Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
