What You’ll Do: General Responsibilities: Perform various duties including offloading all machines for a variety of holesaw sizes, following standard established methods and procedures as well as assembling kits. When offloading the Apex remove painted holesaw from spindle and place it in wooden tray.  Place unpainted saw on spindle. Move painted products to the appropriate packaging IPK. Check for quality, any holesaws that don’t meet standard put aside for rework. Set up several automatic and manual boxing, blister and pad printing equipment.  Retrieve packaging material from storage racks to load machinery and to assemble kits. Record usage of all material on traveler per ISO standards. Perform regular routine maintenance to the equipment and post information to maintenance log.  Fill out daily production sheet as well as input numbers into iPad. Detect and report defective material or equipment, unusual situations or other problems to supervisor.  Maintain equipment and work area in a neat and orderly manner.  Perform other similar or related duties as assigned or directed Climate: Demanding, fast-paced position resulting from deadline pressures, simultaneous competing demands and changing priorities. Shift change to 10 hours a day as needed for service and attainment goals.

The Salary range for this position is $19.96 - $20.47
