Anticipate executive questions, concerns, risks, and organizational pain points while proactively developing recommendations and action plans. Serve as a trusted advisor and force multiplier for the VP and leadership team by driving alignment, accountability, and execution rigor across the organization. Hold self and partner organizations accountable to the high operational and performance bar established within OCI.
