Senior Engineer Facilities Management

In this role, you will help to create synergies across sites and be part of a global team working closely with our backend production sites' Facility Management organizations. You will play a key role in shaping the future of facility management across our global manufacturing footprint. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Drive and support strategic Facility Management (FM) projects across all Infineon backend production sites, including initiatives such as AI integration in FM, IT landscape optimization, and digital transformation of facility operations. Drive and support benchmarking activities across sites to identify and implement the most efficient FM system setups, best practices, and cost-effective solutions. Define, support, track, and report backend-wide KPIs to measure FM performance, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across all sites. Create, support, and coordinate backend-wide rules and standards for FM organizations, ensuring harmonized processes, governance frameworks, and operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Finance, and local FM teams to align strategies and implement global FM initiatives. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Min. Bachelor Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Computer Science & IT or a comparable discipline. Min. 3 to 5 years of relevant facility management experience in semiconductor industry. Strong affinity to digitalization topics is required, experience is a plus. Team player, strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
