The role provides technical and program leadership for space planning, CAD drawings and documentation, furniture, interior finishes, artwork, branding, and environmental graphics. This position partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, compliant, and cost-effective workplace solutions that support business requirements, productivity, and the team member experience.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of workplace design professionals, establishing priorities, allocating resources, setting performance expectations, and reinforcing accountability for the timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.
