Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives. Labcorp is seeking a Coordinator Support II role to join our team at Yeshwantpur in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Work Schedule 40hrs a week (Monday to Friday) in a rotational shift Job Responsibilities Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. Complete required training according to required timelines. Complete day-to-day tasks ensuring quality and productivity. Maintain project and technical documentation in an appropriate manner. Perform checks to ensure quality of work completed. Ensure timely escalation as needed. Other duties as assigned by management. Monitor and ensure resolution of all customer complaints, issues, and concerns. Support a culture of continuous improvement and quality. Act as a contributing core team member by participating in process improvement initiatives and liaising with team members Responsible for pursuing an understanding of services related to the different clusters and client-specific requests. Manage and solve changes, issues, and concerns of varied complexity, working with little to no guidance, but requires some guidance for complex work.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in life science Preferred Qualifications 2 years’ experience in a quality review environment, medical technology, or medical sciences experience.
