As a CIC Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and dealer network while contributing to a smooth and efficient customer experience. You will join a dynamic team where collaboration, customer focus, and personal growth are at the heart of everything we do.   What awaits you?  As a CIC Officer, you are an essential link between our customers, dealers, and internal departments. You help ensure seamless service delivery and an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities include:

Handling and processing incoming inquiries from customers and dealers. Managing contract-related questions by phone and email, from routine requests to more complex cases. Executing contract amendments, from calculation and preparation to final activation. Performing a variety of back-office tasks, including the follow-up of fines, expired contracts, and control reports. Striving for the highest levels of customer satisfaction and proactively contributing to effective solutions.

A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships easily. A proactive attitude and a solution-oriented approach to challenges. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, even in a fast-paced environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. A positive, dynamic personality and a genuine team-player mentality. Fluency in both Dutch and French , with strong professional communication skills in both languages.
