Position Summary
The Premium Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all premium hospitality operations, including suites, clubs, VIP spaces, and catered events. The Premium Services Supervisor must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment while providing exceptional guest service. The Premium Services Supervisor will oversee event execution, staffing, training, inventory, guest relations, and operational standards to ensure a first-class experience for all premium guests. This position will work closely with culinary, operations, sales, and venue partners to execute premium events and maximize guest satisfaction. The Premium Services Supervisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need. This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00-$28.00 Benefits for Full-Time Roles: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) savings plan; 401(k) matching; and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays). This position will remain open until November 13, 2026.
Responsibilities
Responsible for supervising the setup of food & beverage service areas within clubs based on specific event needs. Ensures all clubs are set prior to the event. Responsible for ensuring quality and hospitality throughout all Premium Club areas. Responsible for communication between counterparts of the department. Responsible for organization and preparation of events. Responsible for supervising team members on non-event and event days. Direct any other inquiries (not regarding food and beverage) to the correct entity and/or personnel. Monitor and maintain food quality. Assist management with monitoring the department by maintaining policies and procedures, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring a positive atmosphere for team members and guests. Maintain, resolve, and enforce cash handling policies and procedures. Monitor and enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures. Monitor and maintain inventory control and product requisition. Maintain full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments. Responsible for supervising the service of beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages. Check the guest's ID to verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages. Responsible for observing guests to respond to any additional requests. Supervises the setup of club functions, including linens, dishware, glassware, and silverware. Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas. Show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance. Assures that the location equipment is operable and clean
