ETIC, SAP TM Graduate Program

The Graduate Program is a one-year structured development program designed for high-potential fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in enterprise technology consulting. Participants will receive comprehensive training and hands-on exposure to leading digital platforms including SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) gaining practical experience in supply chain. Throughout the program, participants will work closely with experienced consultants, shadowing on real project activities, and develop both technical and business consulting skills. The program aims to build a strong foundation in enterprise systems, business processes, and implementation methodologies. At the end of the program, high-performing participants who demonstrate strong capabilities, commitment, and potential will be considered for full-time employment opportunities within the team.

Participate in structured training programs covering SAP TM.
