Key duties include dealing games efficiently, managing table funds, and maintaining control of cards, chips, and equipment while monitoring play for irregularities or potential cheating. The role requires delivering excellent guest service, paying wins accurately, and upholding safety and security standards for both guests and team members. Dealers are also expected to maintain strong knowledge of property amenities, promotions, and events while consistently presenting a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support casino operations.
