About the Role
CrowdStrike's ability to win and retain the most strategic accounts in JAPAC depends heavily on the quality of our marketing programs and the relationships they create. CISOs, CIOs, and senior technology leaders across the region are making high-stakes decisions in a complex threat environment, and they want to engage with a security partner that understands their world and brings them together with peers who share their challenges. As Executive Engagement Marketing Lead, JAPAC, you will support and drive the management and execution of the marketing programs and field activities that build and deepen CrowdStrike's relationships and thought leadership across the region. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Executive Programs, JAPAC, you will work closely with field marketing, sales leadership and corporate teams to ensure every program is delivered with the precision, quality and care that reflects CrowdStrike's position as the world's leading cybersecurity company. You will play a key role in supporting the execution of high stakes marketing programs across JAPAC, helping ensure CrowdStrike shows up consistently and with impact for the most important prospects and customers across the region. What You’ll Do: We are looking for a team player, who deeply values the outcomes and impact of their work. In this role, you will own: Executive Program Execution: Support and drive the end-to-end management and execution of JAPAC executive programs and field activities, working closely with the Senior Manager, Executive Programs to ensure every program is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard. Help develop templates, playbooks and events-in-a-box resources that give regional field marketing teams a repeatable and consistent foundation to execute their own programs across the JAPAC region. Global and Regional Program Support: Support and drive the management and execution of both global and regional marketing programs across the JAPAC region, helping ensure CrowdStrike shows up consistently and with impact at every touchpoint for the most important prospects and customers across the region. Audience and Community Engagement: Support and drive the management and execution of audience engagement across programs, working closely with sales and marketing teams across the JAPAC region to ensure the right people are engaged at the right time and have an exceptional experience from first communication through to post-event follow-up. Executive Visit Management: Support and drive the management and execution of senior executive and ELT engagements and visits across the JAPAC region, maintaining visibility of who is coming, when and
