What You Will Do
This position will report to the Engineering Supervisor, Field Compression for the Central Region in New Caney, TX. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: The development and review of safety and regulatory compliance tracking and reporting. Analysis of operational data and the development of performance and reliability metrics. The development and implementation of projects to ensure operational reliability and efficiency. Miscellaneous pipeline and compressor engineering calculations and monitoring. The development of a capstone presentation to summarize activities and learning during BOLT Internship. What You Need Candidate must be working toward an engineering degree and entering Junior or Senior year of college. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office – (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability and desire to work in a team environment and to be able to work independently. Technical writing ability. Office environment with occasional field work within compressor station and pipeline right-of-way areas. Overnight travel may occasionally be required Additional hours may be required to meet the needs of the Region.
