Summary                 Leads production staff to attain safety, food safety, quality and production goals. Leads team to identify, manage and execute the plant's process improvement opportunities. Manages and identifies problems or bottlenecks in production processes and resolves issues. Ensures production resources, including materials, equipment and human resources are available as needed to maintain production schedules. Supports continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, cost and customer service. Responsible for managing and owning various functions of the business and creating an engaged and team-oriented work force to improve business results.

Facilitate collaboratively on continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, cost, and customer service. Oversee various functions of the business and maintain an engaged and team-oriented workforce to improve business results. Function as a good corporate citizen, a partner in improving our sustainable responsibilities, and a supporter of the local community. Participate in a training process that develops new Operations Team Leads into leaders capable of taking on future advancement opportunities within our growing company.
