Operation Specialist I, GPS GCHQ Services

Responsible for activities related to supporting corporate and business needs. Activities include building operations, training, customer experince and more. Responsible for the physical spaces used by Nike incorporating the administration of all related real estate activities, building usage, and maintenance. Typical Capabilities Scope: Supports direct group or team. Complexity: Employs self-initiative and can prioritize own work using standardized rules, but work product is subject to frequent review. Shares standard technical or nontechnical information with others, may be required to clarify technical information to aid understanding. Problem Solving: Encounters problems which require some fact finding, clarification, and basic analysis with most solutions being found within normal operating processes and policies. Knowledge & Skills: Entry-level professional role contributing in a support capacity. Receives general instruction on work and new assignments. Determines course of action based on established guidelines.

Requirement Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant or a related field.
