Raytheon’s Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Business Unit is hiring a Manager, Contracts for its Precision Fires and Maneuver, DeepStrike/DeepFires™ portfolio. This position offers the unique opportunity to be a key participant in the execution of strategic programs within the LADS business unit, providing leadership, management, and administration of a broad portfolio of contracts. The position will be well suited for a highly motivated, well-organized person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.   Responsibilities include working closely with the Contracts Lead, Program Directors, Senior Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Proposal Manager, Business/Estimating and Supply Chain to construct, submit and negotiate pricing proposals; providing support to senior management regarding contractual and business issues; ensuring that negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies; advising management of contractual rights and obligations and possible mitigation of contractual/program risks; examining and understanding cost structure estimates of labor, material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. · What You Will Do Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) Conduct proposal reviews and coordination supporting on-time proposal submittals Negotiate contracts (familiarization with Other Transaction Agreements -OTA’s preferred but not required.) Review estimate at completion (EAC) Support program management and execution reviews Provide general contract administration support Provide guidance to senior management regarding contractual and business issues Ensure that negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and possible mitigation of contractual/program risks Professional representation of Raytheon on contractual transactions working closely with leaders at all levels and direct customer interaction to develop business relationships Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, partner with Programs and cross functional team members to develop creative solutions and resolve contractual
