About the Role
As a member of the Strategic Partnerships team, you will play a key role in scaling clinician adoption of OpenEvidence through health systems. This is a true ownership role: you'll run partnerships end to end, from intro call through implementation and expansion, working directly with health systems to launch, grow, and scale OpenEvidence. You'll drive provider adoption and engagement through health systems, provider ecosystems, and other strategic partners. This is a high-exposure, high-impact role leading partnerships with leading healthcare organizations and executives (CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CEOS), helping to shape the next phase of OpenEvidence’s growth. We’re a small team with big scope and high impact that does whatever it takes What You’ll Do Lead strategic partnerships with health systems, provider ecosystems and other strategic partners, from initial engagement to ongoing partnership success, ensuring measurable outcomes, high impact to partners and strong engagement Lead and navigate procurement processes by partnering with Legal, and Compliance to align offerings with enterprise needs and operational standards including security reviews, legal negotiations and ongoing compliance maintenance Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Data teams to deliver successful partnerships with health systems including exploring a variety of ways to improve clinical workflows through integration Who You Are 2–9 years of experience working on a team that required analytical problem-solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership (e.g., fast-growing startup, consulting, finance) Strategic and intuitive - able to connect long-term vision with detailed execution Strong communicator and relationship builder with executive presence Detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous settings Founder mentality - thrives in entrepreneurial environments Relentlessly resourceful - comfortable finding shortcuts and pushing through roadblocks Based in San Francisco (in-person office) Why OpenEvidence Shape how medicine is practiced through AI-powered clinical intelligence Work alongside world-class clinicians, technologists, and operators Collaborate with leading healthcare organizations and executives Gain early exposure to high-impact partnerships and enterprise growth strategy
