Job Summary: The Project Coordinator provides hands‑on coordination support across the transformation portfolio by managing meeting logistics, notes, action tracking, status reporting, and maintenance of core trackers (RAID and decisions). This role supports onboarding and distribution of program materials and ensures follow‑through across commitments and deliverables, enabling consistent operational rhythm and execution discipline across workstreams. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Manage meeting logistics, schedules, agendas, and follow ups for program and workstream cadences. Capture and distribute notes, decisions, and action items; track ownership and closure to ensure follow through. Maintain program trackers (RAID logs, decision logs, status dashboards) and ensure updates are timely and accurate. Support preparation of weekly/monthly status reporting, including compiling updates from workstreams and highlighting risks or decisions needed. Support onboarding of new team members and stakeholders by coordinating access, materials, and orientation to program ways of working. Manage repositories for program documentation and ensure materials are organized, version-controlled, and easy to locate. Provide general coordination support during peak phases (testing, deployment, hypercare) including communications, logistics, and tracker management. Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or administrative coordination in a fast paced environment. Experience supporting cross functional programs or technology initiatives preferred. Minimum Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow through. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across stakeholders with varying schedules and needs. Strong written communication skills, including capturing clear notes, actions, and status summaries. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint). Comfort maintaining trackers and ensuring data integrity across logs and reports. Other Requirements: Ability to operate in a time bound (3–5 year) transformation environment. Willingness to flex hours during key milestones and high-volume coordination periods. Strong professionalism and discretion when handling enterprise program information.
