Summer Internship Program Celebration Key – Freeport | RelaxAway – Half Moon Cay Your Summer. Your Experience. Your Future. We are excited to launch our inaugural paid Summer Internship Program, offering Bahamian students the opportunity to gain real-world experience at two of our newest destinations — Celebration Key in Freeport and RelaxAway at Half Moon Cay. During this program, interns will gain hands-on experience supporting destination operations while developing valuable professional skills, building relationships with experienced leaders and exploring potential career paths within the cruise, hospitality, tourism, technology and engineering industries. Program Details Program: Summer Internship Program Dates: June 14 – August 20, 2027 Program Type: Paid Internship Locations: Celebration Key – Freeport & RelaxAway – Half Moon Cay Internship Opportunities Opportunities may be available in: Housekeeping Lifeguard / Aquatics Cabana Attendant Guest Services Attendant Information Technology (IT) Engineering Other destination operations based on business needs Assignments and schedules will vary by location and department. Some positions may have additional qualifications or certifications. Who We're Looking For Bahamian residents currently living in The Bahamas High school seniors graduating prior to the start of the program or currently enrolled college/university students Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA Available for the full internship program (June 14 th – August 20 th ) Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Flexibility to work assigned schedules, including weekends, holidays and varying shifts as required More Than a Summer Job Throughout the program, interns will have opportunities to: Gain hands-on, real-world work experience Develop communication, teamwork, leadership, customer service and problem-solving skills Participate in professional development and career-readiness sessions Engage with leaders across Celebration Key and RelaxAway Participate in leadership conversations, networking opportunities and career discussions Learn about different departments and potential career paths Build a professional network and strengthen their resume RelaxAway — Half Moon Cay | Important Requirement The RelaxAway internship requires students to live on island for the full duration of the program in company-provided housing.
